At Royal Cuddle Support Services Pvt. Ltd., we offer personalized, service-based solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer any refunds once a transaction has been completed.

1. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made towards our services are non-refundable.
  • By confirming a booking or making a payment on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the service is customized, time-bound, and non-reversible, and hence, is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • We do not guarantee approval of cancellation requests.
  • Any request for cancellation must be submitted before service delivery has commenced, and will be considered only at our sole discretion.
  • Once a service has been initiated or delivered (including staff arrangements, decoration setup, or photoshoot sessions), no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

3. Payment Responsibility

  • The User is responsible for providing accurate information and making timely payments.
  • Any failure to provide the necessary inputs or cooperation from the client’s side does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
